Recently i am finding myself shooting more baby showers than weddings and if you ask me, thats pretty scary as am a wedding photography,but hey as long as am doing what i love,thats all that counts after all who...

Bheka Mthethwa, Ubusiswe photoshoot.

I recently had the opportunity to shoot for one of the maddest and awesomesst bassist (Bheka Mthethwa) in the country or the world even,this guy is good to the core. He currently plays for Joyous Celebration

So i was tasked to shoot for his latest single UBUSISWE, and we had a few ideas of how we wanted the cover to look like,so after much discussion we decided to put our ideas into action and this is what went down.

I took the Time lapse with my iPhone and the light in the room was not that good, so excuse the bad quality.

SKotch+V_elegence pop up store

So yesterday i was invited to shoot for two amazing and exclusive boutiques owned by 2 wonderful women at Water fall country estate as they had a pop up sale organized there. For me it was a wonderful experience as i had never shoot for a store besides my usual corporate and wedding shoots and with that i just decided i would do a blogpost about what happened there as i just felt that people should know that good cloths still exist haha , but bare with me as i am not that good with words and new in the blogging scene (i think thats why am a photographer) so i will just let you guys see what went down.

The pop up store/sale was hosted at The taste ,Water fall estate where it plans to run every month, so if you missed yesterdays sale you can catch the next one next month end for some out of the world cloths

See what am talking about when i say EXCLUSIVE? I mean the water, drinks and food were also exclusive haha

The two women above are the brains behind the pop up store but individually own their own boutiques apart from the pop up store

And as usual all the cloths were selling like hot cakes.

My new site is up

After months of planing and getting all the necessary documentation, my site is finally done and live and kicking.

Now I can be a cool kid and just tell people to visit my site when they request to see some of my work haha, but looking back it has been a long journey and when I say long I mean loooong but it was all worth it.

I will be keeping this blog updated with cool shoots and weddings I get commissioned to shoot as well as some cool photography tips and tutorials. So be sure to check the blog regularly.

Thank you to everyone who has already been a part of this amazing journey, this next step will surely add even more magic to it.
